More good news.
Since I have a friend and his wife coming over to visit us the first of April I was looking forward to working evening shift in March. Being a morning person I would be able to get all the preparations done without having to take any time off of work until I quit the end of March. If the crusader gets his way and we change to a CW rotation next month then I’m on day shift for the month. The ONLY thing good about day shift is being able to take the base bus to work but yesterday I found out the first bus at 0515 has been canceled because of budget cuts. Now I’ll have to leave the house half an hour earlier to get to work on time using the trains. Looks like I need to lobby for not changing to the new schedule until April, and having the second base bus canceled not the first. Might get lucky and get one thing to go my way. :-)
