One down only 18 to go.

Well the first night of sleep deprivation went ok. Had some work to do in a couple of the bays and then created next months work schedule. I have done the last five months schedules since I have lots of time on my hands, like doing tedious things (hence all the reloading I do) and our bosses are just barely able to get it done the day before we rotate shifts. No one minds, as us workers are able to make plans knowing our days off and management has less to do. I have also been able to make necessary schedule changes the way they will do me the most good. In December when I was on my favorite shift I got that months schedule extended one week so it coincides with our contractor's pay period. This month I am changing the start of the week from Sunday to Saturday so I have one less day to work on midnight shift. Every little bit helps. :-)
