The beginning of the end .......

An occupying force in their own country

While riding down the expressway early Friday morning on the way to work I started to think about what the Japanese must think of buses of Americans speeding down their highways everyday. Man it has been 50 years since we beat them in WWII and we are still here. It is time to take our troops out of their country and go home. They have submarines, F-15's, and enough money to provide their own self-defense. Think about how we would feel if another country was "providing for our security". This principle would also apply to Iraq and Afghanistan. Countries have to sort out their own problems and democracy isn't always the answer.
